25-Year Warranty on Lights

We guarantee that all LED lights installed by Effortless Lights will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 25 years from the date of installation. If any LED light fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace the faulty light at no cost to you.

Lifetime Warranty on Parts and Labor

Effortless Lights provides a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor associated with your lighting installation. This includes the following:

Replacement of defective parts (excluding LED lights beyond the 25-year warranty period).
Repair or replacement of components due to issues arising from installation errors.
Labor costs associated with any covered repairs or replacements.
Aluminum track used to enclose the lights has a lifetime warranty

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect.
Damage resulting from acts of nature, such as lightning, floods, or earthquakes.
Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than authorized Effortless Lights technicians.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the system.
Electrical issues arising from the home’s power supply or wiring not installed by Effortless Lights.
Paint chipping or color fading on the aluminum track

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Schedule an inspection or repair appointment with our team.

Our team will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to repair or replace any defective components in accordance with the warranty terms.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable one time within 10 years to a new homeowner if the property is sold, provided that Effortless Lights is notified of the transfer within 60 days of the sale.
